Accepted Payment Methods---U.S. Funds Only
- By mail: personal check, cashier's check or money order
- In the office: cash, personal check, cashier's check or money order; Credit/Debit cards which includes a convenience fee: 2.35% with a $2.00 minimum
- In the payment drop box (the mail slot on the right side of the office door ): personal check, cashier's check or money order
- Autopay: from a checking account on the due date, funds must be available for withdrawal by the 25th of the month and will be deducted on the last business day of the month
- Online (Link on the Home Page) or over the phone (844) 323-4113: with Point and Pay which includes a convenience fee: Credit/Debit 2.35% with a $2.00 minimum, E-checks flat fee of $2.00
Sewer Rates---Effective April 1, 2023
- District Customers: $68.35 per month
- District Force Main Customers: $93.35 per month
- District Commercial Customers: $68.35 base (one (1) lue) plus $11.20 per 100 cubic feet per month
- District Commercial Force Main Customers: $93.35 base (one (1) lue) plus $15.32 per 100 cubic feet per month
Policies
- Billing Period: District customers are billed for service on a monthly basis. Billing statements are mailed on the first business day of the month and payment is due by the last day of the month.
- If payment is not received within 30 days a penalty fee will be added to the account.
- If payment is not received within 60 days an additional penalty fee will be added to the account.
- If payment is not received within 90 days legal action may be taken to collect the past due balance.
- If payment is returned by the District's bank a handling fee will be charged to the account.
