CALL TO ORDER: 3:00 P.M.
I. (a) The Board will consider a request for reduction in the number of Living Unit Equivalents (LUEs) assigned to Bob’s Burgers, and a proposed reallocation of LUEs to the property located at 9440 Old Hwy 99 North Road. The Board may review supporting documentation, discuss consistency with past District practice, and determine next steps. Action may be taken.
II. (b) PUBLIC FORUM: 3-minute limit
III. (c) Executive Session: Before convening in executive session, the presiding officer of a governing body shall publicly announce the purpose of excluding the public from the meeting place, and the time when the executive session will be concluded. The executive session may be extended to a stated later time by announcement of the presiding officer.
